Franklin police seek help to find missing girl

The Franklin Police Department is asking for the community’s assistance in locating a missing teenage girl. Caitlyn Reid Joyner, 17, of Franklin, was last seen walking near the intersection of North College Drive and Clay Street between 6:30 and 7 p.m. on Friday in the company of a stocky white male.

Joyner is a white female, 5-foot-5-inches tall, 101 pounds, with blue eyes and blonde hair with dark roots. She has a birthmark on one of her thighs in the shape of a star, and was last seen wearing a blue shirt with “Hello Happy” printed on it, light blue jean, grayish blue flats and a silver ring with a “Peace Symbol” on it.

It is believed that Joyner may be in the company of 17-year-old Brandon Bogen of Brooklyn, New York, and may possibly be heading to New York. Anyone with information about her location is asked to call the Franklin Police Department at 562-8587, or Franklin Crime Solves at 562-0877.
