Local service department goes extra mile

To the Editor:

I just wanted to take the time to recognize Bonnie in the Service Department at Blake Ford. I found myself in a tough predicament where my Hyundai needed new tires before I got my car inspected, and I had little time to take care of things outside of work. Whereas most Hyundai dealerships allow for online scheduling for appointments, they didn’t have any appointments to meet my needs. Furthermore, I don’t have a lot of time during business hours to make personal phone calls to different businesses to get quotes on tires, so I emailed different businesses locally, ranging from Franklin to Suffolk.

Most of my emails resulted in the businesses trying to call me instead of replying to my email, but Bonnie was “right on the money.” She was able to provide me quotes and set up an appointment, all via email! It’s 2020 and I greatly appreciate Bonnie and Blake Ford coming through, not once, but twice for me since I’ve moved back to the area. I get it, it’s a lot easier to conduct business over the phone.

Though, going the extra mile the way Bonnie has always done for me shows that the Service Department at Blake Ford provides dependable customer service to not only Ford customers, but customers who drive other makes and models as well! Thank you Blake Ford Service Department! I’m glad I was able to do business locally and will continue to use Blake Ford for service on my Hyundai!
