Region making progress vaccine-wise
The mass vaccination over at East End Baptist Church on Feb. 10 appears to have been a success. Many preparations were made ahead in terms of getting people registered in advance. On Wednesday, several people were seen volunteering to help with traffic and administering the doses.
As previously reported, there had been much frustration in attempts to get through via phone. We are certainly sympathetic, but must echo the plea for patience.
Overall, we’re confident that when Western Tidewater residents return next month for the second half of their immunization against COVID-19, that will go even smoother than the first time.
